Day 01

Arrival Rio De Janeiro

Welcome to South America’s largest and most populous country. Rio de Janeiro is the second largest city in Brazil, on the South Atlantic coast. Rio is famous for its breath-taking landscape, its laidback beach culture and its annual carnival. On arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 02

Rio City Tour - Corcovado Mountain - Christ the Redeemer

After breakfast, enjoy a full day city tour of Rio. Ascend on Corcovado Mountain by train to visit one of the world’s most famous landmarks, the gigantic statue of Christ, the Redeemer.  Then proceed to Cascatinha, Tijuca Forest, to the top of Corcovado Mountain. Cidade Maravilhosa, "the marvelous city" as it is known to its residents and the rest of Brazil, is also the most beautiful city in the world. As a tropical resort, Rio offers miles of golden beaches, including, Ipanema and Copacabana, two of the most famous stretches of sand in the world.  The tour continues with the visit to Metropolitan Cathedral, samba stadium and view of architectonic monuments of Rio. Day 03

Guanabara Bay & Sugar Loaf Mountai

We will take a boat tour of Guanabara Bay, viewing the incredible “Wonder City” from its most famous bay. Based on water volume, Guanabara Bay is the largest bay in the world, and has several islands such as the Governor's Island and Snakes Island. To the west, lies Rio de Janeiro, and facing east - the municipal district of Niteroi. Various sights and landmarks such as the neighborhoods of Botafogo, Flamengo, Urca, Sugar Loaf Mountain, Fort Sao Joao, Flagstone Island, Santa Cruz Fortress, Rio-Niteroi Bridge and more will be seen as we depart from the Marina da Gloria. Day 04

Rio de Janeiro - Iguassu Falls Brazil

Today, after breakfast at the hotel fly to the natural wonder known as the Iguassu Falls located on the border of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.  Upon arrival checking in the hotel. we prefer to cover Brazilian Part of Iguassu falls before hotel check in as the hotel is at Argentina side and can save time at the border)

Day 05

Iguassu Falls

After breakfast, visit the Argentina side of the falls taking a guided walking tour of this natural wonderland.  You will see a, never to be forgotten, spectacle of 275 cataracts from different angles, walking through the raised platforms, getting near the Devil’s Throat and its immense amount of water spilled, causing wetness to a large area around it.  After lunch we tour the Itaipu Dam which is one of the world's largest hydroelectric power plants and a technological wonder. Stop at panoramic overlooks for photo opportunity. The spectacle of the spillway of the dam, with its huge flow of water is particularly impressive. Overnight in Iguassu.

Day 06

Iguassu Falls - Buenos Aires- City Tour

After breakfast, Transfer airport and fly to Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina. Buenos Aires is, with over 11 million inhabitants, one of the largest cities in Argentina. A city with modern structure and dynamic activities has found the way to preserve old traditions After completing all the immigration formalities, we start the city tour of Buenos Aires. Visit "Plaza de Mayo", the Pink House, the Buenos Aires Cathedral, the 9 of July Avenue, the Colon Theatre, La Boca neighborhood with the traditional "Caminito Street", "San Martin Plaza", Recoleta Cemetery, and the Palermo Woods. In the afternoon we will tour the Tigre and Parana’s Delta River. Then we will return by bus along the Panamerican Highway to the city of Buenos Aires, you will be transferred to the hotel.Overnight in Buenos Aires

Day 07

Buenos Aires

After breakfast, enjoy a full day Fiesta Gaucho Tour at Estancia Santa Susana and meet 'gauchos' in their own environment. Ride to the outskirts of the city into the countryside, the 'pampas', cradle of the 'gaucho' and the rich 'gaucho' tradition.  Visit typical Estancia in Buenos Aires Province who welcomes you with delicious Argentine 'empanadas'. After dinner, proceed to enjoy the LA VENTANA, TANGO SHOW. This is a diverse and superb Tango show with the great tango orchestras of the forties. Also included are a folklore show with dancers and musicians from the Altiplano. Overnight in Buenos Aires.

Day 08

Buenos Aires-Cuzco

After breakfast, transfer to airport & take an early morning flight to Cuzco. Arrive at the hotel after acclimating to the altitude. proceeds to city tour in the afternoon.  Visit nearby Ruins "Cusco” of Tambo achy, Kenki, Puca - Pucara, and finally the fortress of Sacsay huaman.  Also visit the Koricancha or temple of the Sun. Overnight in Cuzco.

Day 09

Cuzco – Machu Picchu

After breakfast, begin your day with a breath-taking train ride which goes through Urubamba Valley and mountain top ruins of Machu Picchu.  Machu Picchu is eye tantalizing tribute to man in harmony with nature.  It is located high above the clouds.Machu Picchu has become one of most popular destinations in South America, high above the Sacred Valley. Take afternoon train back to Cusco and overnight in the hotel

Day 10

Cuzco - Lima - City Tour

Today we check out and transfer to airport and board flight for Lima. On arrival we proceed for lunch and then to Lima city tour visiting Main Square (Plaza Mayor), Government Palace, City Hall, the Catherdral, the San Francisco Convent and its "Catacombs" ancient underground cemetery of Lima, El Oidor, Torre Tagle Palace, a beautiful mansion dating back to the 18th century and the Osambela House. Afterwards visit the Gold Museum and splendid collection of guns. The tour continues to the modern and high-end side of Lima city, the Mira Flores. Overnight in Lima.

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Transport and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
  • Vogue Tourism reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road closures, political unrest, natural calamities, or safety issues.
  • Vogue Tourism is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.
  • Vogue Tourism is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don&rsquot reach the destination on time.
  • The trip organizer/coordinator has the complete right to change the itinerary as per the real-time conditions.
  • Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.
  • In the event that the company is unable to operate a specific tour for any reason, alternative arrangements may be offered at the company's discretion. Once such alternatives have been provided, no further claims or objections shall be entertained.
  • If the company makes alterations to your booked tour or holiday after your reservation has been confirmed, the following options will be made available to you:
  • You can go along with the altered tour or holiday plans.
  • Alternatively, you can opt for a different tour or holiday that the company suggests.
  • In either of these cases, you won't be able to claim any compensation for damages, extra expenses, or any other losses

To confirm your booking with Vogue Tourism, a non-refundable booking amount is required at the time of reservation. All packages are subject to change based on real-time availability and pricing at the time of final payment. Any updates related to your package, such as changes in hotels, airlines, or itinerary, will be provided as soon as possible.

BOOKING AMOUNTS FOR:

  • Weekend Trips- INR 3000
  • Domestic Group Tours- INR 5000
  • International Group Tours- INR 10000
  • Customised trips- 30% of the package amount

The customers are required to make a full payment within the specified time frames before the date of departure. Nonpayment of the full amount by the due date may lead to cancellation of your booking or associated services by Vogue Tourism.

  • Weekend trips- 7-10 days
  • Domestic Group Tours- 15-20 days I
  • International Group Tours - 30-45 days
  • Customised Trips- 20 days before the departure date

 

 

In case of any cancellations made from the customer's end, the booking amount of the package stands non-refundable. (As all the bookings related to transportation, accommodations, and other services are made in advance, costing more than the booking amount attimes). If the cancellation is from Vogue Tourism's end, 100% of the package amount is refundable. In case of rescheduling or cancellations with prior notice, please follow these timelines forthe communication:

  • 15 Days prior or Weekend trips/Treks
  • 30 Days prior for Domestic trips
  • 45 Days prior for International trips

Free rescheduling is available. If cancelled, the amount will be refunded as a credit note valid for 2 years.

In case of cancellations due to government restrictions, natural calamities, protests or any unforeseen circumstances, the cancellations orits alternatives will be as follows:

  • You can shift to any other scheduled departure on the same weekend.
  • You can shift to a later date.
  • You can get 100% of the booking amount as a credit note (valid for 2 years for any fixed departure).
